Chelsea Poe, FNP

Chelsea Poe, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner at Triad Internal Medicine in Asheboro, North Carolina. While Chelsea enjoys caring for diverse patients in Randolph County, she holds special interest in pediatrics, chronic disease, and women’s health. 

She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After graduating, she pursued her master’s degree in nursing at Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky, and worked her way as a family nurse practitioner. 

Chelsea is a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a long-time resident of Randolph County, where she and her husband have called their lifelong home.
