Setting up the initial patient portal was somewhat difficult. I am the legal guardian of my daughter and identified myself as such, too. Upon completion of the initial set-up, my name, age, and birthdate was listed as the patient with her entire medical conditions, medicines, and med allergy. Contacted the new office name and number and Jo, office manger, attempted to help me troubleshoot and establish a ticket also for further assistance. Upon the day of arrival for the office visit, her pt portal still had my name, age, and birthdate. The office staff were very friendly and helpful with the visit. Mrs. Poe and her student NP were met and very professional with history taking and review with patient examination for my daughter. The check-out process was also easy with different staffing too. That evening, I reviewed her patient portal with additional notes added per healthcare providers and this time there was a demographic page whereby I listed my daughters given name, age, and birthdate. Upon completion, her portal now is more correct and minus my information.
